'My money' covers your finances, from pension provision, and help with writing your will to mortgage advice and financial wellbeing workshops.

'My health and wellbeing' takes care of you and your loved ones through our health cash plan and range of insurance plans, links to NTU's gym packages, the employee assistance programme and support with those important, easy-to-forget things like annual health check-ups, dentist trips, and eye tests.

With 'My discounts', you can make your money go further, with access to thousands of concessions, savings, and special deals from our partners.

Transform your commute and work-life balance with discounted bus, train, and tram travel,  and our 'Cycle to Work' scheme, as well as our electric car scheme.

In 'My recognition', you can see how you are rewarded and recognised. From NTU's pay scales and structure, to appraisals, and the excellence awards that celebrates your achievements.

'My workplace' covers the opportunities that make NTU so supportive. Whether that's through annual leave entitlement and family-friendly policies, or extra leave through our holiday buy scheme, discounted access to the University's own short courses, exciting volunteering and networking opportunities, or Thrive, our online learning and development hub.
