MyBenefits: Our new and improved benefits site

We’ve listened to what you had to say about reward and benefits at the ‘Let’s Talk about…’ event, during focus groups held earlier this year and during the VC’s Q&A. You told us that you found reward and benefits information difficult to access and so we have given our benefits site an overhaul.

Taking your feedback on board, MyBenefits has been redesigned and modernised so that it is much easier to find your way around, making it your go-to place to find out what is available and select the benefits that work for you, quickly and easily.

We know that it is important to help you make your money go further and so we’ve also added two new benefits that all colleagues will be able to access free of charge - mortgage advice and will writing.

The annual enrolment window has arrived!

The enrolment window for annual benefits is now open.

Select benefits by 23 September 2022 to access reduced pricing for NTU colleagues.

Your annual benefits are:

• Private Medical Insurance
• Critical Illness Insurance
• Annual Travel Insurance
• Dental Insurance

If you select one of the annual enrolment benefits, your cover will start on 1 October 2022, and your first payroll deduction will be taken in October.

If you are already enrolled in these benefits they will automatically renew, except for Dental insurance. If you are an existing member of the Dental insurance scheme you will receive a separate email about changes to the scheme that may impact you.

If you are already enrolled in these benefits and you choose not to renew, you will need to cancel your benefit, and your cover will then expire on 30 September 2022.

All other benefits are available to select throughout the year, so explore the new site and see what works best for you.
