BUPA: Our new Health Assessment provider from 1 October 2023

We are pleased to confirm the University has taken the decision to switch our Health Assessments from Nuffield Health to BUPA. BUPA is the largest healthcare provider in the UK and offers access to their health assessments through a network of centres across the country.

BUPA also provides colleagues with access to a choice of assessments to suit your needs and budget, including Be.Reassured, Be.Ready and Be.Motivated, a cost-effective option for you and you partner covering the core health tests and providing access to a 24/7 Anytime HealthLine for 12 months.

Voluntary benefit members

If you have selected a health assessment as one of your voluntary benefits with Nuffield Health, the benefit will not automatically renew, but you can select a new assessment with BUPA at any time using the enrolment form.

Core benefit members

If you have selected a health assessment as part of your core benefit package then you are eligible for the Be.Reassured assessment with BUPA. You do not need to take any action - your details will be provided to BUPA for them to arrange an annual health assessment with you.
