Annual benefits enrolment window now open

NTU’s annual benefits enrolment window is now open. Colleagues can sign up, amend or cancel cover for the following benefits from now until Friday 20 September 2024:

• Critical illness insurance
• Annual travel insurance
• Dental insurance

Prices for some of these benefits are still being reviewed and may be subject to change before the cover starts on 1 October 2024. We do this each year to ensure you get the best value. You can check back during the enrolment window for the updated prices.

Already enrolled in one of these benefits? They'll automatically renew unless you cancel.

What happens if I don't want to renew? If you choose not to renew, you’ll need to cancel your existing benefit via the forms on MyBenefits, and your cover will cease on Monday 30 September.

When will cover start? Your chosen benefit cover will start on Tuesday 1 October, and your first payroll deduction will be taken in October.

Private medical insurance 

You can also sign up for private medical insurance before 20 September. Details are being finalised with the provider and will be included on MyBenefits shortly. 

If you are an existing member of the private medical insurance scheme you will receive a separate email about any scheme changes that may affect you.
